What counts as an attendant?
One attendant is one distinct answer. “Thank you for calling Academy Schools” is one. Academy Junior High is another. GW Elementary is another. Each gets its own plan, sized to how much that phone actually rings.
Answer everything, or only when you're tied up.
You decide when it picks up. Make it your primary answer and it takes every call that comes in. Set it to answer after a delay and it steps in only when your staff are already on the phone or away from the desk — so it is handling your overflow, and schools that run it this way sit in a noticeably lower plan. It is your line either way, and you can change how it answers any time.
